My 14 year old son had just been diagnosed with Osgood Schlatters Disease and prescribed rest, ice and pain killers.
He had already been resting for over two weeks before seeing the doctor with no improvement.
The book describes a simple treatment that takes about two minutes a day, plus stretches to do before exercise once the leg heals.
We saw immediate results with the treatment and after a few days he was pain-free.
After about 10 days he was back at crew and in just over 2 weeks able to run again — good as new.
He is now stretching every time before exercise and so far, so good. I am very pleased we found this protocol and highly recommend it.
